Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of our shop (including this website, hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Shop" without distinguishing between the two). These Terms apply to all customers who use the Shop.

Agreement to These Terms

By using the Shop, you are deemed to have validly and irrevocably agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Shop.

Use by Minors

If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent of your legal guardian before using the Shop. If a customer who started using the Shop without their legal guardian's consent reaches adulthood, they will be deemed to have ratified their use of the Shop while they were a minor.

Orders

When you place an order for a product, your order constitutes an offer to enter into a purchase contract with the Shop. The Shop’s acceptance of your offer is established when the Shop sends you a notification (via email or other means) that the product has been shipped.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations due to customer convenience are not accepted.

Termination Due to Violation of These Terms

The Shop reserves the right to terminate the sales contract without prior notice to the customer in the following cases. In such cases, the Shop will not be liable for any damages to the customer:

• If the customer violates or is likely to violate these Terms.

• If the customer is a past violator of these Terms or has ties to such individuals.

• If the Shop determines that the trust relationship between the Shop and the customer has been damaged.

Refusal of Receipt and Related Costs

If a customer refuses to receive a product, the delivery address is unknown, or delivery to the specified address is not possible due to customer circumstances, the Shop may claim the following costs as damages:

• Round-trip shipping fees

• Cash on delivery fees

• Return processing fees

• Storage fees

• Re-shipping fees

• Costs for communication with the customer (such as certified mail)

• Packaging material costs

• Labor costs for shipping and return processing

If the product is not received within the specified period, the sales contract will be deemed canceled due to customer circumstances. In such cases, the Shop is released from its obligation to deliver the product, and the customer must immediately pay the Shop an amount equivalent to the product price in addition to the damages mentioned above.

Product Storage Period

Points

The Shop may issue its own points. The details will be specified separately at a designated location.

Late Payment Penalty

If a customer delays payment of any monetary obligation to the Shop, they must pay a late payment penalty of 14.6% per annum.

Customer Posts

The customer represents and warrants that they have the legal rights to transmit any information they post and that their posts do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights (including copyrights, patents, utility models, trademarks, design rights, or rights to apply for them), ownership, or other rights.

Copyright of customer posts remains with the customer. However, the Shop has the right to use the customer's posts free of charge, indefinitely, and globally for the purposes of providing, maintaining, improving, or promoting the Shop. The customer also waives any moral rights to their posts against the Shop or any third party licensed by the Shop.

The customer is responsible for backing up their own posts, and the Shop is not obligated to do so.

Prohibited Posts

Customers may not post the following types of information:

• Information that infringes on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights of the Shop or third parties

• Personal information that can identify the customer (except when requested by the Shop for registration)

• Obscene content

• Information intended for meeting strangers for sexual or inappropriate activities

• Expressions encouraging suicide, self-harm, or dangerous behavior

• Information about drug sales or inappropriate use of dangerous substances

• Religious, political, or business solicitations

• Spam, junk mail, or other unsolicited advertising

• Content harmful to minors

• Cruel or disturbing content

• Information containing computer viruses or illegal programs

• Any other content deemed inappropriate by the Shop

Advertisements

The Shop may display advertisements from the Shop or third parties on the website.

Prohibited Actions

Customers must not engage in the following activities when using the Shop:

• Violating laws, court rulings, or legally binding administrative actions

• Engaging in criminal activities

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Shop or third parties

• Infringing on the privacy, reputation, or other rights of the Shop or third parties

• Overloading the Shop’s servers or networks or interfering with its operation

• Unauthorized access to the Shop’s systems

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or analyzing the source code of the Shop

• Altering or deleting stored data without authorization

• Copying, transmitting, transferring, lending, or modifying the Shop's website or software

• Selling or transferring Shop accounts or content to third parties

• Using obtained information for commercial purposes

• Conducting unauthorized advertising or solicitation

• Collecting or storing personal information of other customers

• Impersonating other customers

• Using another customer’s account

• Seeking relationships with strangers for inappropriate purposes

• Providing benefits to or engaging with anti-social forces

• Violating public order and morals

• Using the Shop while walking, driving, or in inappropriate situations

• Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Shop

Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

Customers represent and warrant that they do not fall under any of the following categories and will not in the future:

• A member of an organized crime group, related company, or similar entity

• A person who has been a member of an organized crime group within the last five years

• A person with relationships that allow organized crime groups to influence management

• A person using organized crime groups for illicit gains

• A person providing funds or benefits to organized crime groups

• A business with executives having socially unacceptable ties to organized crime groups

Customers also guarantee that they will not engage in the following acts:

• Violent demands

• Unreasonable demands beyond legal obligations

• Threatening behavior or violence in transactions

• Spreading rumors, deception, or obstruction of the Shop’s business

• Any acts similar to those above

Usage Restrictions

The Shop may restrict access or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

• The customer violates any provision of these Terms

• False information is found in their registration details

• They fail to fulfill payment obligations

• They do not respond to the Shop's communication for an extended period

• They have not used the Shop for a long period

• They have ties to anti-social forces

• The Shop deems their use inappropriate

Suspension of Service

The Shop may suspend or discontinue services without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• System maintenance or updates

• Force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, fires, power outages, pandemics)

• Accidents causing system failure

• Any other reasons making service provision difficult

The Shop is not responsible for any damages incurred due to such service suspensions.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Shop does not guarantee that its content is free of bugs or does not infringe on third-party rights. Additionally, it does not guarantee the safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or suitability of the content.
